Lamson Liquid Fly Reel- Smoke

The Lamson Liquid is the ultimate bang for you buck.  Combining the virtues of pressure cast aluminum with some light machine work, the Liquid is structurally strong with a precision fit and finich: the best of both worlds. How much of a reel at this cost can Lamson make here in the US.? Quite a lot, as it turns out. It’s a good mix, too. Liquid’s high-quality castings are imported, but the components critical to the drag system are CNC-machined in the US. Liquid reels are assembled in Boise alongside Lamson's highest-priced reels. No other $100 reel can boast this much US content and quality oversight.

The fly line designation next to the reel size is there so that you know how much backing you can put on the reel with a line size. If it says WF4 + 100 yds backing, then you know that you will be able to use the reel on a 4 weight rod or on a 3 weight with a bit more backing. A fly line does NOT come with the purchase of this reel.
