This is a basic rod rack unit without any magnets or vacuum attachments. People who purchase this item are using it mostly on their boat to have a leaning rack for rods. It can be screwed into a solid base (like onto the hood of your beater fishing vehicle) or strapped onto the frame of a raft. This will not attach to your vehicle unless you are willing to drill a hole through your hood or roof.
