Trout Fishing Remains Excellent

Hello fellow anglers! It has gotten cold out here - chilly in the mornings and crisp during the day - and the trout are liking the cool waters. While it has mostly been a nymphing game, there have been a smattering of hatches such as caddis and small blue wing olives.  For the most part the trout are feeding subsurface, so nymphs under an indicator or nymphs on a Euro rig will be your best bet. We have a boatload of tungsten beadhead Euro-style nymphs here in the shop - best selection in Oregon. Stop on in and we will show you the magic!

We are closed on Sundays in the winter. Since the traffic out here is fairly light, we are taking that one day off per week.

Tomorrow (Saturday the 11th of December) we will be open until 4:00 PM. We are closing one hour early because we are having a staff Christmas party.
