Conditions Update Tuesday Morning

Hello fellow anglers of the Deschutes!

Quick update on the river conditions. We are fortunate to not be in the situation that so many rivers in Montana are, which is 100 year flood stage. We did have a little bump in the flows thanks to the atmospheric river that washed over the Northwest. The White River is a muddy muddy mess at 1000 CFS right now, and that will cause the entire Deschutes below the White to also be a muddy mess. 

The river above the White, however, is dropping quickly and seems to already be in fishable shape, just a tiny bit high, but very fishable. It should be completely back to normal within a day or so. 

So - that's the good news from the Deschutes River.  Let's go fishing.
